Thank you for shopping with us. To learn more about how to set up and use your bag please read our step-by-step guide below and watch the corresponding videos.

Download the Gianoi App on your phone.

Make sure your bag is charged. To charge your bag, connect your wireless charger with the provided wall plug. Simply place the bag on top of the charger and ensure the magnets are aligned. You will see the logo light up indicating that it’s charging.

PLEASE NOTE: The Boxy and Small Nadia handbags have their battery on the back panel, not at the bottom.   

Ensure you phone is in close proximity to your bag and that your bluetooth is turned on.

Now open the app, pair your bag and your ready to go!

Setting up notifications

Now that your bag is connected to your phone, you can choose the notifications that matter the most to you.

Choose the colour assigned to each notification by simply scrolling through the wheel and tap to set the colour.

To turn a notification off simply select the black colour.

If you don’t want to receive any notifications you can switch the light off from the setting page.

Ensure to keep notifications turned on in your settings and always keep either the banner or alerts on.

Your bag is now ready to receive notifications!

Never run out of battery

Keep your smartphone charged while you are on the move and stay connected.

Each bag has a hidden battery built in with the capacity to fully charge your phone up to two times.

To charge your phone, use either the iphone or android cable and plug it into the usb hidden in the internal pocket.

To check the bags battery level you can either view it on the app or firmly tap three times on the logo, which will light up indicating the battery level.

The battery level is shown with three different colours: red, yellow and green.

When you place the bag onto the wireless charger it will transition through the colours and turn off when is fully charged.

Troubleshooting

If you can’t connect to your bag please follow these simple steps:

Make sure your bag is charged, in close proximity to your phone and you have enabled bluetooth.

If your bag appers connected in the app but you are not receiving notifications you might have to reset connection. to do so go into the advanced page in the app and tap reset connection. Remember to tap pair when prompted.

If you need to restore your bag to factory settings, first close the Gianoi app and make sure it is not running in the background.

Now place your bag on the wireless charger and perform the reset sequence as shown in the video below.
